The Beacon Institute's Handelman Conference Center adheres to the Howard County Public Schools inclement weather policy. If Howard County Public Schools are closed or opening late due to inclement weather, all seminars are CANCELLED. Registrants will be contacted regarding rescheduling arrangements. In the event you have questions, participants may also call 410-381-1176 for seminar status.
The inclement weather policy for education held in locations other than the Handelman Conference Center follows the public school system for the county the seminar is to be held.
All webinars take place as scheduled, regardless of inclement weather.
