Senior Care Provider Membership
Provider membership is designed to support licensed organizations that specialize in the direct delivery of services to the older adult population providing skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, adult medical day care, home health care, hospice care, or hospital-based care in Maryland.

Legislative Advocacy and Regulatory Support: Provided by recognized experts, LifeSpan doesn’t just respond to regulatory and legislative activity, we work closely with the OHCQ, DHMH, the Maryland Board of Nursing and other agencies to promote a favorable business environment for your organization. Members have the opportunity to meet with local legislators at our Legislative Advocacy Day in Annapolis each year.

LifeSpan members say that the user-friendly, accurate information provided by our in-house reimbursement guru, Paul Miller, is vital to their financial survival. Discounts: Members receive significant discounts on education provided by LifeSpan’s educational affiliate, the Beacon Institute. Earn NAB, social work and assisted living CEUs throughout the year using your member discounts on registration for in person, online, and on-demand classes.
Members receive discounts on registration to events that are open to members and non-members like our Annual Conference & Expo in Ocean City, MD, and A Taste of Senior Living cooking competition.
LifeSpan Products and Services provides an array of discounted products and services offered to member organizations with the goal of saving time, resources and money. Group purchasing, insurance products, reimbursement consulting, cybersecurity services, and more are available to LifeSpan members.

Networking and Community: We aim to host gatherings in person and online at least once a month to bring our members together. AHCA NCAL/Argentum Affiliate: Membership is available with our national affiliates who represent the long-term care community on the national level, working for positive change, providing strategic information, advocacy, and education to enhance quality care.
